NextLevel Health is Working to Ensure Medication Access for Members

With the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention encouraging people at higher risk for COVID-19 (Coronavirus) complications to stay at home as much as possible, NextLevel Health is taking action to increase our Members’ access to medications.

NextLevel health Members can have all of their maintenance medications filled at once at their regular pharmacy.

Talk to your pharmacist to take advantage of this program. The medication synchronization program will:

NextLevel Health currently offers a 90-day supply of medication prescriptions for Members.

For a list of medications that can be filled for 90 days, see the preferred drug list at

NextLevel is allowing Members to receive some of their medications early.

NextLevel Health Members can fill their medications early, except controlled substances and specialty medications.  To obtain a refill, the Member should talk to their pharmacy.

NextLevel Health is contracted with pharmacies that deliver.

Many pharmacies will deliver medications to our Members’ homes!  This will help Members avoid visiting their local pharmacies for refills or new prescriptions.

If a pharmacy does not deliver, a Member can locate a pharmacy near them to set up their home delivery. To set up home delivery services, please visit, type in Member’s zip code, and “Rx5468” (case-specific) in the group number.
